Woerner Farms is seeking a reliable full-time Spot Sprayer at the Clarksville, FL location.
Duties:
- Scout fields for weeds, bugs and disease which requires physically crawling around on knees to inspect the dirt, grass, weeds, bugs, etc.
- Mix, load and dispose of chemicals safely according to company, manufacturer and federal regulations.
- Properly mix tanks with designated chemicals and spray indicated areas.
- Recordkeeping of all daily spray logs for chemicals and fields.
- Maintain Chemical SDS and Chemical Label database.
- Manage inventory of chemicals and order chemicals as needed.
- Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned equipment.
- Remaining flexible and open to help across various areas of the farm when possible.
