Woerner Farms -Bronson/Land Prep
Woerner Farms, LLC. is looking for an experienced tractor operator and general farm laborer for the farm in Bon Secour, AL.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating tractors, forklifts, and other farm equipment
- Experience with center pivot irrigation
- Experience in turfgrass production is a plus
- Experience as an equipment mechanic is a plus
Responsibilities:
- General farm labor and equipment operation
- Operation and maintenance of center pivot irrigation systems
- Employee will be expected to be on time and have reliable transportation
- Check fluids and inspect equipment being operated daily
- Mowing, sweeping, spraying, general equipment maintenance, light field renovation and other miscellaneous farm labor as needed.
Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work in a Team and with minimal supervision
Compensation:
- Salary based on experience...starting at $16-$18 hr
