Woerner Turf and Landscape Supply of Baton Rouge, The Baton Rouge area's leading Wholesale and Retail Landscape Supply Outlet is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales & Customer Service Counter Professional, to join our winning team!
Requirements:Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers by phone, email, or online
- Responding to customer telephone inquiries
- Assisting online and walk-in customers in the selection of products based on their landscaping requirements.
- Product merchandising
- Receiving items into inventory and inventory management
Ideal candidate possesses:
- 3 – 4 years wholesale/retail sales experience, preferably within the landscape/garden supply/horticulture industry
- Knowledge of landscape supply products would be a plus.
Knowledge of sod varieties and a plus.
- High energy
- Well organized
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter with excellent customer service skills
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
Enhanced computer skills
Experience in the Landscape Industry preferred.
