We are looking to hire someone we can promote to a manager position very quickly. Unless you already have professional window cleaning experience, your main duties the first four weeks will be that of a technician. This will enable you to learn what it's like to be in the field all day and be able to answer technician field questions.

The Assistant Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for all service jobs such as window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. A company vehicle will be provided to complete the duties of this role.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES after transitioning into the role

• Assisting crews with truck & equipment checks
• 50% of your time will be completing services for customers
• Answering technician job site questions (primarily by phone)
• Estimating jobs
• Providing “World Class” customer service
• Assisting with customer complaints/misunderstandings
• Filling in on calendars and training when needed
• Interviewing/hiring new technicians
• Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Prior knowledge & experience of exterior cleaning is a plus
• Time Management and supervision skills are a must
• Must be able to climb, carry, and lift a 28 ft ladder
• Work in most elements

Job Requirements:

You’re a tech-savvy people person: You learn all the technical aspects of each service with ease, and are able to professionally educate customers in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information, cleaning agents? No problem.

You’re ready to work: You have a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job, working from extension ladders & roofs, lifting 50 lbs., hot summers and cold winters.

You’re a leader: You look, speak, and dress like a professional and understand that safety is paramount. You keep technicians accountable. You're always improving. You are not easily overwhelmed. You are level-headed and optimistic. You handle money very carefully. You are honest and take ownership for your mistakes. You like the responsibility of playing an important role in the company.
