What Wohali is looking for:
We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented Comfort Station Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members by providing exceptional food and beverage service. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to golfers from designated Comfort Stations on the course.
- Prepare and cook food items such as burgers, hot dogs, and other menu offerings.
- Stock and replenish all necessary items in coolers and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Comfort Station at all times.
- Stay up to date on state liquor laws and adhere to company standard operating procedures.
- Provide an attentive, friendly, and courteous experience for members, guests, and colleagues.
- Complete all daily opening and closing duties, including thorough cleaning and restocking.
- Work collaboratively with team members, helping as needed throughout shifts.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, high-quality service.
- Follow all company safety and security policies, reporting any accidents or hazards to management.
- Participate in safety training and certifications as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance the overall member experience.
What you bring:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Utah Alcohol Certification required.
- Food Handler’s Permit required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Hospitality experience preferred, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Guest-first mentality, ensuring a top-tier experience for all members and guests.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize member requests efficiently.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to complete tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including trays, equipment, delicate china, and glassware.
- Must be able to walk unassisted on various surfaces for extended periods.
- Requires manual dexterity for grasping, writing, and handling small or delicate items.
- Involves standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and occasional climbing.
- This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to handle fragile and heavy items safely.
