What Wohali is looking for: 

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented Comfort Station Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members by providing exceptional food and beverage service. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.  

Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Serve food and beverages to golfers from designated Comfort Stations on the course. 
• Prepare and cook food items such as burgers, hot dogs, and other menu offerings. 
• Stock and replenish all necessary items in coolers and storage areas. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Comfort Station at all times. 
• Stay up to date on state liquor laws and adhere to company standard operating procedures. 
• Provide an attentive, friendly, and courteous experience for members, guests, and colleagues. 
• Complete all daily opening and closing duties, including thorough cleaning and restocking. 
• Work collaboratively with team members, helping as needed throughout shifts. 
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, high-quality service. 
• Follow all company safety and security policies, reporting any accidents or hazards to management. 
• Participate in safety training and certifications as required. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance the overall member experience. 

What you bring:  

Required Skills and Abilities: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age. 
• Utah Alcohol Certification required. 
• Food Handler’s Permit required. 
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
• Hospitality experience preferred, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. 
• Guest-first mentality, ensuring a top-tier experience for all members and guests. 
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize member requests efficiently. 
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays. 

Education and Experience:   

High School Diploma or Equivalent  

 
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:  

• Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.  
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to complete tasks.  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including trays, equipment, delicate china, and glassware.  
• Must be able to walk unassisted on various surfaces for extended periods.  
• Requires manual dexterity for grasping, writing, and handling small or delicate items.  
• Involves standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and occasional climbing.  
• This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to handle fragile and heavy items safely.
