What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Operations Attendant position at Wohali?
Wohali is a fast-growing real estate development and private ultra-luxury community in its start-up phase comprising of our own construction team and the imminent introduction of our resort services. We are currently seeking Golf Operation Attendants to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
The Golf Operations Attendant is the backbone of creating the desired golf experience at Wohali. Like a professional server at a restaurant, this role can enhance someone’s day by being sensitive to and anticipating reasonable needs. Collaborating with your fellow employees to provide this top level of service is the other cornerstone for employee and member success. Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, caring, and able to exercise professional judgment
- Professionalism and able to consistently meet standards within set routines and tasks
- Able to prioritize a variety of tasks in a group dynamic
- Schedule flexibility - this role will require some early morning shifts and late evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours at a time outdoors and all types of conditions
- Active driver’s license and clean driving record
Essential Responsibilities
An example of the many different roles and duties will be assigned on a day-to-day basis over several interactive areas as listed below:
- Clean and resupply golf cart fleet
- Load/unload golf clubs from carts
- Tend to golfers’ needs as they are in practice and golf cart areas
- Communicate relevant information to Golf Professionals (supervisors)
- Clean and resupply practice areas after each use
- Pick up range balls from the practice areas intermittently throughout the day
- Clean range balls using the associated washing machine
- Sort range balls into their associated storage barrels and bags
- Rake bunkers in practice area
- Restock on-course comfort stations as time permits
- Restock range cart throughout the day as necessary
- Assist with valet duties as required and directed by Golf Professionals
- Assist in all other areas of the golf course operation
