What Wohali is looking for:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our office areas and surrounding environments, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere for members and staff.
This position is seasonal from May to September, applicants must be able to work at various dates and times.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, common areas including desks, floors, windows, and common areas
- Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor surroundings, such as walkways, patios, and entryways
- Regularly empty trash bins and ensure that waste is disposed of properly
- Restock essential supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) in office restrooms
- Dust and wipe down furniture and surfaces routinely to uphold a neat and tidy environment
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the management team promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and follow facility guidelines
What you bring:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in handling cleaning supplies and equipment safely
- Ability to drive golf carts throughout property safely
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
- Capability to use cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and other tools safely
