Residential Framing Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Residential Framing Carpenter to join our team at Wohali located in Coalville, Utah. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient framing of high-end residential structures within the resort property. Your craftsmanship will contribute to the creation of luxurious living spaces that meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Framing: Execute precise and efficient framing of residential structures, including walls, floors, and roofs, using advanced carpentry techniques and high-quality materials.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret architectural plans and blueprints accurately to ensure the precise execution of framing details, dimensions, and specifications.
• Material Management: Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of framing materials, optimizing workflow, and minimizing downtime.
• Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards throughout the framing process, ensuring that all structures meet or exceed luxury resort specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other members of the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that arise during the framing process, utilizing your expertise and creativity to find effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a framing carpenter, preferably in the construction of luxury residential properties or high-end resorts.
• Carpentry Skills: Proficiency in advanced framing techniques, including layout, cutting, assembly, and installation of framing components.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret architectural plans and blueprints accurately, understanding framing details, dimensions, and specifications.
