Wold Architects and Engineers seeks a motivated person with strong problem solving, editing, and design abilities to work within our Marketing Team. This collaborative position involves implementing our brand identity through strategic, client-focused publications and promotional materials and support of new business growth and current client retention.

The Marketing Coordinator Will

• Collaborate with firm Partners on development and production of proposals and other marketing materials
• Create and maintain marketing materials, data information systems, tracking systems and records
• Coordinate tradeshow events and design collateral
• Provide editing and writing support for marketing materials
• Perform research on prospective clients, market sectors, and market trends
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive firm success
• Update website information
• Opportunities to take marketing photos
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Graphic ability and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
• The desire to work with people at all levels and be a team player
• Excellent time management skills and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with an aptitude for organization and multi-tasking
• Strong writing and/or technical editing skills
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1-3 years related experience or internship
• Working knowledge of marketing proposal process (preferred)
