What are the responsibilities and job description for the Schedule Coordinator position at Wolf and Kline Property Management?
The Scheduling Coordinator supports the leasing team by handling inquiries, scheduling and follow up communication with approved applicants. This position needs to be highly organized and socially confident. The coordinator will keep the office running smoothly and enable the showing agents to perform efficiently. In addition, work with other departments to ensure that items related to leasing are handled including but to limited to; walk throughs, inspections, postings and move in dates.
Expectations
Answer incoming calls to the agent line
Respond to inquiry emails, calls and follow up with potential applicants who have questions about properties
Schedule showing with approved applicants
Update showing calendars
Notify current tenants as required
Schedule walkthroughs with required notification to current tenants
Update notes and details regarding clients and showings in computer and database
Communicate management decisions regarding rental process.
Assist with showings as needed
Assist with walkthroughs of properties
Assist with posting tenants’ doors with notifications
Alert management and maintenance department to any issues with properties observed while at the properties
Assist with the application process
Assist with the leasing process
Assist with various duties related to Leasing (cut keys, put up for rent signs, prepare lock boxes)
Assist with the front desk and general reception duties
Support the office staff team with projects, mailings, etc.
Maintain a neat, organized workspace that is professional and service oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

- The position does not require a Real Estate license, but if you do have a real estate license it would need to be transferred to the company's broker license. You would be unable to sell real estate. Is this acceptable?
