Overview
Wolf is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing and well-established national firm. As a Graphic Designer specializing in digital creative strategy and art direction, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our visual brand identity across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to develop and execute creative solutions that engage our target audience(s), convey our brand message, and drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities
Lead from start to finish the creation of compelling and engaging content including landing pages, proposal decks, social media, paid media, emails, infographics, swag & moreDevelop and present creative concepts and strategies for design projects, including campaigns, branding initiatives, and multimedia contentProvide leadership, feedback, and coaching to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and educational team environmentAssist with on-site creative support 2-5 times per month (social media event coverage, photography, videography, etc.)Assist with art direction for photo shoots, video projects, and other visual content initiatives, guiding the overall look and feelKeep up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a modern and competitive approach to designIdentify ways and opportunities we can test our creativity, incorporate our best practices and learningsConfidently influence the design team by sharing fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity and promote new ideas through written and verbal communications to internal partnersWork effectively with team members (copywriters, photographers, videographers, etc.) to deliver timely work, in a finalized format fordigital or print publishingBalance design decisions with business needs, finding ways to ensure all creative is not just beautifully done, but delivers on our goalsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) in Art / Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field3-5 years experience delivering creative solutions from concept to final execution; strong portfolio is requiredExperience with in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS), preferredExperience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion design, preferredManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detailExperience translating complex ideas into visually engaging solutionsMust be flexible and able to handle change in a fast-paced environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, quick, precise, accurate, have great communication skills and bring a positive team attitudeDemonstrated ability to develop creative concepts that align with business objectives and target audience needs

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.
