• Cultivate and expand a diverse portfolio of business clients, predominantly S corporations and partnerships spanning various industries like manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, and technology.
• Strategize, execute, and provide cutting-edge federal and state tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions to our clients.
• Dive into tax research concerning federal and multi-state income taxes, encompassing non-resident withholding and composite tax issues.
• Ensure utmost client satisfaction through transparent communication, expectation management, timely delivery, and proactive sharing of tax optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with principals and team members on client management, professional growth initiatives, and business expansion endeavors.
• Oversee, nurture, train, and guide staff, conducting performance evaluations and engagement assessments.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
