Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions, including employee records, onboarding, and compliance
- Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Handle accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies related to HR and payroll
- Assist in employee relations and provide administrative support to leadership
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for HR and financial transactions
- Experience in HR, payroll, and accounts payable (preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility)
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
