Key Responsibilities
- Provide wound care and treatments as directed by the physician and care plan
- Monitor and document wound progress and skin conditions
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate residents and families on proper wound care and prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records and reports
- Active LVN license in the state of California
- Treatment certification preferred, but not required
- Experience in wound care or treatment nursing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
