Entry Level Outside Sales Representative

What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business through door-to-door sales, cold calling, and social media
- Build relationships with new and existing clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct in-person presentations to showcase our services
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with the team to create effective marketing strategies
What You Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1 year of sales, marketing, or business development experience (construction experience is a plus but not required!)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excited to learn
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Comfortable with CRM tools and managing sales data
Work Environment:
This role involves a combination of office and field work, including regular travel to client sites, events, and trade shows.
