Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew to ensure daily landscaping tasks are completed efficiently.
• Install and maintain plants, mulch, irrigation, retaining walls, and paver patios.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, compact tractors, masonry saws, and trenchers.
• Read and interpret landscape blueprints and designs.
• Drive company vehicles towing landscape trailers and ensure safe transportation.
• Monitor and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
• Work year-round, including snow removal operations during winter months.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, trailers, and tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or grounds maintenance (preferred but trainable).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit—able to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on labor.
• Reliable and self-motivated, with strong leadership skills.
• Flexible and willing to be cross-trained in other areas such as lawn care and snow management.
• Ability to operate and tow trucks with trailers.
• Chauffeur's driver's license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Drug-free, tobacco-free, and vape-free work environment

Schedule:

• Full-Time Position
• Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work depending on projects)
• Seasonal & potential year-round employment, including winter snow removal operations based on skill level

• Coopersville, MI & surrounding areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
