Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the register.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked checkout area to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Upsell products and services by demonstrating knowledge of merchandise and promotions.
- Conduct product demos to engage customers and promote sales.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and ensuring product availability.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling accurately and efficiently.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to upsell products through effective persuasion techniques.
- Experience with product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement.
- Sales experience is a plus, contributing to achieving store goals.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.80 - $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
