Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various systems within the facility.
- Maintain aesthetic standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise.
- Utilize schematics to understand and resolve complex maintenance problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks
- Lead projects related to facility improvements and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all maintenance duties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems.
- Experience in maintenance is preferred.
- Propane filling experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong communication.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools as needed.
