Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for a new customer-oriented Logistics Warehouse Driver to join our experienced team here in Elk Grove Village.

Job Summary Logistics Warehouse Driver

With this active position at Wolf Electrical Supply Co, you will have the opportunity to work on the road doing afternoon pickups and possible PM deliveries of supplies to our various customers throughout the Chicagoland Area. Your day will end back at the warehouse helping prepare for the next business day.

Each workday will begin at our warehouse in Elk Grove Village. This role will call for hours of Monday Through Friday 2PM-6PM.

Responsibilities and Duties

Candidate must be absolutely reliable, team oriented and customer focused.

Driving Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle.
• Complete Daily Vehicle Checklist (Start / End Shift)
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER CENTERED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping and receiving of boxes into the facility
• Ensure that all product in the warehouse are in their designated spot
• Replenish inventory on the shelves to ensure timely picking of product (Cycle Counts)
• Pull orders and label product daily
• Dispose of recycling and trash at the end of each day
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jacket to move product around the warehouse within OSHA guidelines
• Completing training as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Required education: High school or equivalent
• Required license or certification: Driver's License
• Required age: 21 or older
• Have a clean driving record
• Ability to Lift 50-70LBS regularly
