Wolf Kubota is a growing equipment company with dealerships in Lakeview, Byron Center and Mattawan. We are a locally owned company with roots going back over 30 years in the industry. We are excited to continue to grow and we are looking for people to fill open positions.
We are looking for a highly motivated Parts Sales and Service Writer Representative to staff our Mattawan location.
Job Description
Read and understand parts catalogs and diagrams when looking up and speaking to specific parts
Ability to analyze diagrams and identify parts to meet the customer’s maintenance and repair needs
Assist customers through all phases of the service process and maintain positive customer relationships
Gather necessary information about the customer, their equipment, and the issues they are experiencing to create an accurate repair order
Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and other information to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate with customers to advise them about status changes and estimated timelines for completion of the service on their equipment
Ensure all details on the services rendered and costs are properly documented and relayed to customers
Properly document warranty repairs and provide information to manufacturers as required
Operate point of sale computer system and collect payment
Keep an accurate inventory of parts
Check in rentals: Verify equipment hours, any damage, and fuel usage (if rental team is already with customers)
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Work independently while enjoying the benefits of being a member of a team
Requirements

Detail oriented
Strong organizational, time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills
A basic understanding of power equipment and related technology; mechanical experience preferred
Ability to use and learn basic computer applications. Experience with MS Office and RIMSS is preferred
Minimum of 18 years old
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Prior experience preferred, but not required
Work availability: Monday - Friday and alternating Saturday mornings
