Job Description
- This part-time position involves working evening hours and every-other Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting customers, and directing them to the correct department.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet and receive visitors, providing assistance and direction as needed
- Process payments and prepare daily bank deposits
- Input vehicle information into the sales system
- Work collaboratively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate effectively with callers and visitors in a clear and concise manner
