Job Description

• This part-time position involves working evening hours and every-other Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting customers, and directing them to the correct department.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
2. Greet and receive visitors, providing assistance and direction as needed
3. Process payments and prepare daily bank deposits
4. Input vehicle information into the sales system
5. Work collaboratively with the sales and other internal teams
6. Communicate effectively with callers and visitors in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual nature and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude
