Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly attitude.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
