What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction position at Wolf Pack Rentals LLC?
Repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to : replacing rotten wood, maintaining electrical wiring and some plumbing, performing small demolition jobs.
Assist with installations and / or replacements - simple to complex projects.
Assembly of various trade goods.
Operate or tend to powered equipment.
Paint, drywall, tile, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general handyman jobs.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
Requirements
Previous construction knowledge and experience.
Demonstrate a high level of mental aptitude and physical ability.
Must understand units of measurement and basic math skills.
Dependable and self-motivated with desire to learn new skill sets.
Ability to work inside and / or outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
