Pay rate starts at $24-26/hr. (based on experience) plus overtime. Position is paid bi-weekly as W2 employment.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Working with Draper, create and alter garments for 3 Productions during the Wolf Trap Opera summer season.
- Assist Draper in providing direction and support to stitchers as appropriate.
- Strong working knowledge of Costume History and Construction.
- Ability to create patterns from renderings for all types of costumes with little supervision.
- Minimum of three years working in a professional or educational environment.
- Experience with period garments of all genders.
- Opera and/or Theatre experience.
- Sensitivity and commitment to the mission of Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
