Summary

As an Interior Designer at Jaybz, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of various projects. This position requires a creative mind and a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional designs that enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for interior spaces.
• Create detailed design plans using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3ds Max.
• Oversee remodeling and renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and color schemes that align with client preferences.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design process.
• Prepare presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, remodeling, or renovation projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3ds Max is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam is a plus.
