Duties
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Lead/Cooridnate - Conduct meetings with Operations and ensure full cycle service
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure new business.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage projects from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and potential clients showcasing our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships effectively.
