WOLF  is building infrastructure for the future of flexible work, helping existing staffing companies and entrepreneurs launch their own UpWork-style niche talent marketplaces in the hospitality, healthcare, and light industrial verticals. Marketplaces deployed with WOLF have helped 200,000 job seekers find flexible work in their communities, while helping over 7,000 hospitals, restaurants, and warehouses find the nurses, servers, and forklift operators they need. As part of our mission to launch the next 1,000 talent marketplaces, we are looking for a Business Development Rep to join our growing team.

We’re Techstars alumni, having gone through the Techstars Anywhere 2022 program and closing our seed round backed by one of the best VC's in Texas and the tech world.

You’ll be an integral part of building out our enterprise sales motion, leading conversations of all size types of companies.

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills : You are a pro at communicating via phone, Zoom, email, and in-person, and maintain excellent relationships with clients at every stage of the sales process

  • Quick learner : We are a small and scrappy start-up that is growing fast, which means your input may be needed in multiple areas. You are excited by challenges and love learning and contributing to new things
  • Willing to maintain a high level of activity

What you’ll be doing :

As a growing startup, there are always new projects to take on, and no two days may look the same! But your typical day will be all about finding excellent potential prospects that could use WOLF.

  • Learn the product inside and out
  • Lead conversations and meetings with small, mid-tier, and enterprise level clients to book meetings for AE's
  • Ensure a great handoff

  • Maintain your own pipeline of prospects and contacts from lead sources like LinkedIn, conference attendees, job boards, email campaigns, etc.
  • Use tools like - Linkedin, Job boards, Reply.IO, Salesforce, Freckle.io, ocean.io, Zoom
  • Use the BANT Framework to qualify prospects
  • Budget - ensure the prospect has the financial means to invest in our product.

  • Authority - Confirm engagement w / DM or key influencers.
  • Need - Identify pain points that are aligned with our product outcomes
  • Timing - Determine if we could have a solution up in running in the next 12 months.
  • Stay current with updates and changes in the industry, competition, and / or product itself
  • Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • We’d do a backflip if you have :

  • Previous experience selling to staffing companies / in the HR space
  • Previous experience working at a startup
