We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hyundai and Genesis dealerships’ accounting office.
Previous accounting experience in an automotive dealership is required.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient office functions, managing accounting records, and supporting dealership staff in delivering outstanding customer service.
This position requires strong leadership skills, multi-tasking ability, and a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hire, train and supervise dealership office personnel.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions such as employee on boarding, and record-keeping.
- Perform weekly schedule reviews and work with office staff to maintain them.
- Supervise all daily processes of the accounting office.
- Oversee the titling and registration process for sold vehicles.
- Ensure all daily bank transactions are posted to the ledger.
- Manage the dealership’s vehicle floor plan account.
- Work with department managers to improve dealership processes, ensuring that company policies and internal control measures are being followed.
- Assist in the timely completion of the month-end close.
- Assist with customer inquiries, resolving any administrative-related issues in a timely manner.
