Radiology Technologist – Full-Time – $25,000 Sign-On Bonus!
We are hiring Radiology Technologists for full-time positions in Miami and Boca Raton ! Join our team and enjoy a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Locations & Schedules :
- Miami – Express Care | 8 : 30 AM – 9 : 00 PM (Full-Time)
- Boca Raton | Monday – Friday, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM (Full-Time)
- Boca Raton | Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Full-Time, No Weekends!)
Sign-On Bonus : $25,000!
Schedule : Full-time
Key Responsibilities :
Perform diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIsPrepare and position patients for radiologic proceduresOperate and maintain imaging equipment according to safety standardsCollaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careMaintain detailed patient records and document procedures accuratelyAdhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staffAssist in the development and implementation of new imaging techniques and proceduresProvide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout their imaging experienceParticipate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in radiologic technologyEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standardsAssist in training and mentoring new team members as neededContribute to quality improvement initiatives within the radiology departmentQualifications
Requirements :
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited programARRT Certification (R)Florida State LicensureBLS CertificationMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic TechnologistProficiency in various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRIStrong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and ALARA principlesExcellent patient care skills and ability to work with diverse populationsProficient in using RIS / PACS systems and other relevant softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to lift and position patients, push / pull equipment, and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends (for Miami and one Boca Raton position)Experience in a clinical or urgent care setting preferredCommitment to ongoing professional development and continuing educationAdditional Information
