- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in designing structural frame components with integration of electrical system and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct failure analysis.
- Prior experience and knowledge of heavy-duty industrial machinery is highly desirable.
- Excellent communications and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and fluid work environment.
