Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple homeowners associations.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:

- Be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized and dependable
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in property management
- High school diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the homeowners' associations, ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to community operations, including financial documents, meeting minutes, and resident communications.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for community facilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Implement effective conflict management strategies to address disputes among residents or between residents and the association.
- Utilize property management software (Appfolio) for tracking payments, managing resident information, and facilitating communication.
- Conduct regular inspections of community properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with board members to develop budgets, manage finances, and plan for future community needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role, preferably within a homeowners' association setting.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents and vendors.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Familiarity with property management software (Appfolio) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
