Job Description Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 0-2 years of experience to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic qualifications and a strong interest in civil liability defense, including products, premises, transportation, and / or construction defense litigation.Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Manage and prioritize a caseload efficientlyQualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the California state bar
- 0-2 years of experience in general civil liability, construction defect, and / or insurance defense
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Billable hour requirement of 1900 per year
- Potential salary range for 0-2 year attorney is $100,000-$110K
- Bonus plan based on hours billed.
