Firm currently has in place two bonus plans :
- Quarterly Attorney Bonus Based on Billable Hours
- Quarterly Attorney Bonus on Qualifying Rate

Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Salary Range : $125,000-$165,000
Note : Base salary is determined by number of years practicing and substantive experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
