Role Summary:
Join Wolfe Solutions as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and become a key player in our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of driving our innovative solutions to potential clients. Your mission will be to generate qualified meetings through strategic lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting. This role requires in-office attendance five days a week. Our offices are located in the Greentree Borough of Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the outbound sales team.
- Input leads into the assigned CRM and warm introduce meetings and intro handoff with Sales Reps
- Maintain a deep understanding of Wolfe Solutions’ product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Track and report on KPIs related to prospecting and meeting conversions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, technology, loyalty, Reward, Gifting, or incentive industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Highly motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with setting appointments & meetings via outlook and MS Teams & Zoom
Compensation & Benefits:
Earn a solid $75K base salary with commission upside of ~$6K based on performance. This role also includes RSUs and access to profit sharing—positioning you to grow financially as the company grows.
