Licensed Physical Therapist Needed at Wolfeboro Bay Center

What You’ll Do :
Assess residents' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility and overall well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate residents and caregivers on techniques to improve physical function and prevent injuries.
Maintain accurate records and document progress effectively.
What We’re Looking For :
Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire.
Experience in geriatric rehabilitation or a similar setting (preferred but not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
