Who we are looking for:
As a journeyman electrician, you may have 1 year of experience or 15, but what matters most is your ability to be openminded to new ways of operating. This means you will respond with a positive attitude and in a professional tone when the opportunity arises. You will also be receptive and embrace changing needs and expectations of the electrical department. In addition to these characteristics, we'll be drawn to those who have:
- Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely to any customer you service.
- Ability to work independently: Showcase your talent in managing your time and making decisions on your own with limited supervision.
- Skills in overcoming objections: Build trust, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to the company's success by offering customized solutions dependent on the customer's concern.
- Experience in ServiceTitan: View jobs, create customer notes and provide invoices.
- National Electrical Code (NEC): Strong working knowledge and daily application according to set standards.
- A electrical journeyman license
- A valid drivers license
What you'll do:
- Communicate well with the customer; this is our main vehicle to build trust with every customer we service.
- Managing your time effectively - We expect you to be able to properly estimate your time with each customer based on their needs and knowing how your daily activities will affect your personal metrics which also have a direct impact on the company's success.
Salary : $50 - $60
