Join Our Team as a Heavy Equipment Operator!

Wolff Excavating, Inc is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment on our job sites.

HOURS: The typical schedule is M – F, 7am to 4pm. Overtime is often offered during busy seasons. Some Saturday shifts may be required when work volume is high, but this is not often.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
• Complete tasks such as grading, digging, and trenching
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Perform physical labor as needed
• Follow safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator
• Basic math skills for setting grade
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50 pounds
