- Analyze performance trends and lead improvements
- Demonstrate and explain daily menu items to customers accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience in culinary or kitchen management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Passion for high-quality culinary arts
- Proficient computer skills
- Bachelor’s or Culinary degree preferred
- ServSafe® Certification
