Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Job Summary

Join Wolfgang Puck Catering as an Event Manage r in Dallas, TX, where you will coordinate and execute dynamic and high-profile events. Wolfgang Puck Catering in Dallas operates F&B venues throughout Dallas. Our Union Station unit provides product, people, and the expertise for Catering events for our venues as well as private in home or in business events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage up to 100 event staff to ensure flawless execution of catering events.
• Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring all aspects are handled with world-class attention to detail.
• Maintain client relationships through professional communication and outstanding service.
• Coordinate the preparation and setup of events, ensuring all elements meet our high standards.
• Manage multiple events and document management tasks efficiently, even during peak seasons.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering leadership, preferably in an upscale environment, with a minimum of two years.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle extensive document management.
• Professional presentation and client-facing communication skills, with experience completing events in various locations, including private homes.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
