Job Summary
Wolfgang Puck Catering is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated General Manager in La Jolla, CA. This role is perfect for a bold individual ready to work hard and ensure our corporate dining and catering business kicks off flawlessly from day one. This is a Monday-to-Friday operation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily operations of the café, catering, and retail outlets
Lead and mentor a team of 30-40 associates, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Successfully implement logistics for corporate dining and catering services, ensuring a high standard of service.
Ensure full-scratch food preparation, maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a food/hospitality management role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to determine priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic, out-of-the-box approach.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
