Job Summary

Join us as a General Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering at a pretisious corporate dining account. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team, bringing outstanding and flawless hospitality experiences to our clients. You'll be part of an ambitious and collaborative culture, determined to successfully implement our vision.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations, ensuring a seamless workflow from early morning starts at 4 am to lunch close around 2 pm.

Manage multiple caf stations, retail outlets, and catering events across various floors and outdoor areas.

Lead and mentor a diverse team, encouraging an inclusive and positive work environment.

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and compete in the market.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and hospitality industry.

Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early morning environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a concierge mentality.

Flexibility to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing business needs.
