Job Summary

Join our remarkable team as an Executive Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering, a prestigious corporate dining client. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class culinary team, crafting flawless, innovative dishes and managing high-volume corporate dining operations.

Responsibilities :

Successfully implement and coordinate daily kitchen operations.

Manage and mentor a team of 30 employees.

Ensure outstanding food quality and presentation.

Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement seasonal menus with a focus on scratch cooking.

Efficiently manage logistics in a small, high-volume kitchen.

Collaborate with suppliers for the freshest ingredients.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Passion for farm-to-table cuisine and balanced practices.

Ability to work Monday to Friday.
