Key Responsibilities
- Teach beginner and intermediate swim lessons with a focus on safety and foundational skills.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents by regularly communicating progress and addressing questions.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment throughout lessons by adhering to established safety protocols.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and stay up-to-date with curriculum updates.
- Support the team by participating in meetings, reviewing lesson plans, and collaborating with lead instructors.
