We are seeking a full-time Warehouse/Inventory Manager to lead and support warehouse operations in Exton, PA.
Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with documented experience in inventory management and best practices, who thrives in physically active environments and leads by example.
You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining all inventory levels, ensuring efficient logistics operations to stock, document, fulfill, and flow product from manufacturers/vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels, forecasts goals, and objectives for the department.
- Maintain balanced inventory consistent with service department and wholesale accounts requirements.
- Establish individual parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turnover.
- Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
- Supervise stock order procedures, analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
- Work with the parts manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
- Analyze departmental operations and storage layout, revising as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide technical assistance to parts department employees, coordinate prompt and efficient paperwork flow.
- Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing, enforce safety requirements, including forklift training and operation.
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting parts sales.
Requirements:
- 2 years of hands-on warehouse/inventory/logistics management experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Experience with 30,000 different SCU's.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfort using mobile technology for deliveries and documentation.
- A strong work ethic and ability to lead by example every day.
