**CNC Operator**
**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a CNC Operator and be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. This position is based in Fairmont, WV. This position will require you to keep production going during second shift.
**Duties:**
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as CNC mill and CNC lathe.
- Utilize various tools including tooling, calipers, and materials handling equipment to ensure precision in machining processes.
- Perform CAM programming to control machine operations.
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues and make adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and CAM programming.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of materials handling and press operations.
- Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
