Data Entry Assistant

Description

WolfPack Rentals LLC, is a dynamic and fast-growing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into databases and systems.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.
• Bilingual- Spanish & English

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic office procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries.
• Solid organizational skills to keep track of documentation.
• Great customer communication skills to work with various departments.
• Knowledge of data entry for record keeping.
• General administrative skills, including managing emails.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
