What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Technician position at Wolfrum Roofing & Exteriors, LLC?
Wolfrum Roofing & Exteriors is a full-service exterior envelope contractor. Headquartered in Delaware, OH, we provide commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing, exteriors, and railing services in Central Ohio and the surrounding areas.
Summary: Roofers will work on various commercial metal roof projects in Central Ohio. No overnight stays are required.
Qualifications:
- Must be experienced with various roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, etc. Familiarity with shingles and metal roofing is a plus.
- Comfortable climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof. Knowledgeable with hand tools
- Able to accurately read a tape measure
- Able to use a nail gun effectively. Ability to lift/move/carry 50 lbs regularly with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Loading and unloading materials
- Clean and maintain equipment and area
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Sheet Metal Roofs | TPO | PVC | EPDM
- Must be competent in the application of single-ply roofing systems
- Someone we can count on - must be dependable
Work Environment
Must lift, stand, and walk for a prolonged period. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; climb, bend, and kneel; work outdoors in all types of weather.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- 8-10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute:
- Columbus, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
