Job Description
Wolfrum Roofing & Exteriors is a full-service exterior envelope contractor headquartered in Delaware, OH. We provide commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing, exteriors, and railing services in Central Ohio and the surrounding areas.
Summary:
Service crew members will work with the Service Foreman as a two-man crew, repairing various commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing projects in and around Central Ohio.
Primary Responsibilities could include:
- Repairs to various flat roof types to include TPO, PVC, and EPDM
- Repairs to steep slopes, shingle roofs
- Assist with preventative maintenance program inspections
- Installation of flat roof types as needed on larger production projects (new construction)
- Assist in tearing off existing roofs, including debris and gravel ballast
- Repair or install metal trims, copings, gutters/downspouts, etc.
- Assist the Service Foreman with removing trash and debris from the roof during each shift
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation – The service Helper will ride in a company-provided vehicle each day but must have reliable transportation for meetup spots each morning
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to physically lift up to 50 pounds, including tools, ladders, and materials
- Have no fear of heights
- Solid work ethic and ability to work on a two-man crew as well as larger production crews, if needed
- Be able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, including summer heat and winter snow
- Previous roofing experience is a plus
Work Environment
Work can be physically demanding. It involves heavy lifting, standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, climbing, bending, and kneeling, and working outdoors in all types of weather.

Salary: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience
