Wolfson Bolton Kochis (“WBK”), a growing business boutique law firm focused on commercial litigation, bankruptcy/restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law is hiring an administrative assistant/receptionist to provide a wide range of administrative support to WBK’s professional team.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: greeting, welcoming and directing clients/visitors/deliveries; maintaining and monitoring the main telephone line; maintaining organization and cleanliness of conference rooms, suite lobby, kitchen, and other common areas; managing and stocking office supply inventory; scanning and saving documents; preparing first class, certified and overnight mail; preparing shell/form documents, correspondence, pleadings, and other basic legal documents; running errands such as picking up/dropping off documents, or recording legal documents with the register of deeds; making reservations and scheduling calendar deadlines, events, and other items as necessary; e-filing and filing in various courts, including service of same; compiling and entering data into the firm's BestCase bankruptcy software in preparation of consumer bankruptcy petitions; corresponding with consumer bankruptcy clients, court clerks and trustees; and other miscellaneous administrative tasks based upon firm needs.
Qualified candidates possess the following qualities:
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Hands on experience with utilizing copy and scanning machines.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the firm, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a cross functional team/environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Notary Public or willing to become a Notary Public.
