Here’s the Gist:
In this role you will perform corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on semiconductor tools designed to improve/sustain equipment availability, reliability, and maintainability. This position has the potential to grow into an Engineer level position after training, depending on performance. You will work a compressed schedule, following our Back Night shift (every other Saturday, Wednesday- Friday 6pm - 6am).
The Day-to-Day:
- Monitor Equipment in assigned process area and be familiar with tool issues
- Create/modify Procedures and preventative maintenance specifications as needed to improve tool availability or enhance training of technicians
- Trouble shoot minor tool issues to resolution
- Use of diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic measurement equipment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools in accordance with equipment specifications
- Establish relationships across each team on the production floor to drive strong communication and collaboration
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
- AAS in Electronics Technology or Bachelors degree in related field
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, schematics, and maintenance manuals
- At least 3 years of equipment maintenance experience
